As India is not a signatory of the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of judicial and Extra–Judicial documents in Civil and Commercial matters, any formal services are not available in India.

In Mauritius we act as registered process agent and receive legal documents or notices on behalf of a party. Service of process entails delivery of legal documents, such as subpoena or a complaint to a person. |
