In our New York office, we provide trustee services and other related services. We act as agent for services involving legal processing like hedge fund prospectuses,  contract, loan agreements, structured transactions,  anti-terrorist /anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.

SOP-India

As India is not a signatory of the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of judicial and Extra–Judicial documents in Civil and Commercial matters, any formal services are not available in India. However, private process servers can always serve documents or legal notices irrespective of being a signatory to The Hague Service Convention, or not. The same services are provided in the United States, but completion there may take slightly longer. For this purpose the office in India can carry out service of process documentations on behalf of the main branch.

SOP-Mauritius

In Mauritius we act as registered process agent and receive legal documents or notices on behalf of a party. Service of process entails delivery of legal documents, such as subpoena or a complaint to a person. We have been authorised to carry out service of process documentation on behalf of a party if needed.

SOP-British Virgin Islands

We offer service of process in British Virgin Islands which includes serving as registered agent during processing of legal proceedings, and receiving notices on behalf of the other party. To avoid delay, our office in British Virgin Islands can also provide documentation relating to service of process if the need arises.
